Pontiac Solstice Car

The Pontiac Solstice Car Introduced in 2004 North American International Auto Show, is a small sports car of the Pontiac division of General Motors. The Solstice roadster began production in Wilmington, Delaware, from mid-2005 for model year 2006. The Solstice uses the platform Kappa GM, which also underpins the Saturn Sky and Opel GT. The exterior styling of the production Solstice is similar to the 2002 Solstice concept car that preceded it. The production of the Solstice was to be operational before the summer of 2005, but delays at the Wilmington plant prompted the production volume in the fourth quarter. The new rigid model targa 2009 was announced in mid 2008.
